Payments and Refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance. Unless stated otherwise on the pricing page or required by law, payments are non-refundable. Specific products may include their own refund window, which will be clearly disclosed at checkout.

Acceptable Use

• No reverse engineering, scraping, or automated access.
• No sharing of account credentials or course access with people who have not paid.
• No uploading of unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including videos, text, frameworks, templates, and branding — is owned by OfferClassroom or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about specific business or financial results. Examples and case studies are not promises of earnings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OfferClassroom will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by closing your account.
